Booking is designed to stay simple: choose your day, build your session, then review and pay.
Pick the day you want to play from the live booking calendar.
Select your court and the available hourly slots that fit your session.
Confirm your details, complete payment, and keep your booking reference.
Customers may request a cancellation or rescheduling of their booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled playing time.
Requests made within the allowed period may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to confirmation by Kupal Pikolbol.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled playing time are generally not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If a customer does not arrive for their scheduled booking and does not contact Kupal Pikolbol beforehand, the booking will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
If weather conditions or other circumstances make the court unsafe or unavailable, customers may request a refund or rescheduling.

Kupal Pikolbol may cancel a booking when necessary due to unsafe court conditions, maintenance, facility issues, or other circumstances affecting court availability.
If Kupal Pikolbol cancels a paid booking, the customer will be contacted regarding the available refund or rescheduling arrangement.

By making a booking with Kupal Pikolbol, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Players are expected to follow reasonable facility and court rules, treat other players and staff with respect, use the court and equipment responsibly, and avoid behavior that may damage the facility or disturb other players.
Kupal Pikolbol reserves the right to address inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the Kupal Pikolbol Cancellation Policy. Customers should review the Cancellation Policy before completing their booking.
A customer who does not arrive for their scheduled booking and does not contact Kupal Pikolbol beforehand will be considered a no-show. No-show bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Kupal Pikolbol may temporarily suspend or cancel play when weather, court conditions, maintenance, or other circumstances make playing unsafe or the court unavailable. Customers may contact Kupal Pikolbol through the official Facebook Page regarding available refund or rescheduling arrangements.
Players are responsible for their personal belongings while inside the facility. Kupal Pikolbol is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the facility.
Players are responsible for playing within their own physical ability and following reasonable safety practices. Please use appropriate sports attire and footwear suitable for pickleball and the court surface.
Kupal Pikolbol reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking when necessary due to unsafe conditions, facility or maintenance issues, violation of facility rules, inappropriate behavior, or other circumstances affecting safe and proper operation of the facility.
